Clairvoyance
(30 x 36, 3x prints)
Both beguiled and thwarted by the minimalist beauty of an idea, ‘Clairvoyance’ (2024) tries (and fails) to represent the impassable barrier of concept becoming ‘thing’. Constantly defeated by a spark that never fulfils its original intentions, ‘Clairvoyance’ shoots itself in the foot before even trying to be witty or original, relying on the established and appropriating the achieved to present a half-life of what it wanted to be in the first place.
